Our textiles are made and finished by hand, so we take care with how they are packed and sent. Here is what to expect once an order is confirmed with our team.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 5–7 days of confirmation. Handcrafted and made-to-order pieces may take longer, and we will tell you the expected date when the order is placed.
Where We Ship
We currently deliver to India and the UAE.
Delivery Times
Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 5–7 days. International deliveries typically arrive within 15–20 days. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Charges are confirmed with you before dispatch and depend on destination and parcel weight.
Duties & Taxes
International parcels may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in our charges.
Tracking
Once your parcel leaves us we will send a tracking reference to your email address. If tracking has not updated within 5 days, write to us at thepinkloomdubai@gmail.com.
Packaging
Every piece is folded, wrapped and packed by hand in protective, recyclable packaging so it arrives ready to be used.
